Introduction

Rita Pierson's TED Talk, "Every Child Needs a Champion," perfectly encapsulates my teaching philosophy. Every child deserves not just an education, but teachers who genuinely care about their success and are committed to advocating for them. 

As educators, we are more than just instructors; we are cheerleaders, mentors, and champions for our students, dedicated to ensuring they are equipped for the next stage of their lives. Our role is to inspire, support, and fight for each student's potential, helping them navigate challenges and celebrating their growth along the way.
