Introduction

Welcome to St. Joseph’s 3rd Grade!

My goal as the 3rd grade teacher is to equip students with the tools they need to be informed, responsible citizens of this world, who are at the same time sustained by the abiding joy of a deep, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

My focus in education is on discovering where each individual child needs to be challenged or supported, and I continually look for ways to help each one succeed.  

Besides my love for teaching, I enjoy playing the piano, practicing Spanish, jogging, juggling, and riding my unicycle.  I ran one half-marathon, determined to never run another one, and at Franciscan University I was an enthusiastic member of the circus club; so look out when you enter the 3rd grade classroom!  Not only will learning and hard work fill the air, but maybe a few juggling balls as well.
